With a background in hospitality & event planning, Kerry Ann joins the Rollos team in 2026 as a Property Letting Administrator and is responsible for 1&2 Bed Accounts.

Laura joined Rollos in 2025 after working as an Events Manager at Botanic Gardens.

Laura is our HMO Property Inspector, carrying out the monthly safety checks and routine quarterly inspections.

With a background in equestrian works & hospitality, Nikki joined the Rollos team in 2025 as a Property Letting Administrator and is responsible for HMO accounts.

Freddie joined the Rollos team in 2025 following his managerial position in hospitality and varied work experience.

Now in property letting, Freddie is responsible for handling all 1-2 bed accounts.

Phil is responsible for carrying out all residential property inspections.

Joe joined the Rollos team in 2020 and has worked in Residential Letting, HMO Maintenance, 1&2 Bed Maintenance and is well-versed with current Letting Regulations.

Joe now oversees the management of all our HMO properties and HMO applications as a Senior Administrator.

Ailish joined the Rollos team in 2022 as a Property Letting Administrator and was responsible for HMO accounts.

Ailish now oversees accounts across our Residential & Cupar properties.

Garry joined Rollos in 2023 after a career in the car part business dealing with invoices and accounts.

Previously dealing with accounts, Garry is now responsible for HMO Property Maintenance.

After a varied career in the hospitality industry and retail management, Gary joined Rollos as a Property Inspector moving to Property Letting Administrator looking after our residential properties.

Jackie joined Rollos in 2016 as Property Inspector and now oversees the management of all our one and two bedroom student properties.
