Our letting and factoring services are based in our St Andrews office but can be accessed by all clients of the firm.

A Factoring Service for Landlords
Our service is principally geared towards landlords offering either short or long term lets. We offer a comprehensive package for landlords, taking over the burden of collection of rents, administration and maintenance of property, including registration and application for licenses where appropriate.
