Rollos made the decision to join Right Move last December and have been delighted with the outcome! 

It is far and away the largest and most successful property website in the UK and allows us to put our properties in front of the largest on-line audience there is.  The results can be spectacular!  Last Friday we uploaded details of a large house in St Andrews and by Monday it had been viewed by almost 4,000 people.  It went to a closing date within 2 weeks and sold for well over the asking price. 

It is unusual for a property to get less than 1,000 “hits” per week and we have found from experience that potential buyers prefer to search for properties online and have more or less given up on looking in the local papers.  We feel it is unethical to ask our clients to spend £200 or more advertising in a way we know will produce very little in the way of enquiries when, for a fraction of that amount, we will advertise your property on Rightmove for as long as it takes to sell!
