Property Department Year End Results

At Rollo Davidson McFarlane our property teams are delighted to report an excellent year for house sales.  In Cupar, the property department were pleased to report a 14% increase in sales figures and an active listings diary for 2012.  In St Andrews, the year end sales results showed a 30% increase in turnover with figures slightly less than at the height of the property boom in 2007!

These results prove that our internet based sales strategy is not only saving our clients substantial amounts of money but allowing us to sell houses even in today's difficult climate.  There is no doubt that buyers are no longer searching through local papers for houses but looking online using sites like S1Homes and Rightmove with many properties receiving thousands of hits each week.
