Advertising in the local press has become expensive and ineffective and we at Rollos felt that we could no longer advise it to clients.  By developing a system of promoting our properties on line we have not only saved our clients significant sums of money but also increased our sales, even in the current market conditions, and put our properties in front of a truely global audience.

The sites we use include Rightmove, the UK's largest website;  S1 Homes, Scotland's largest website;  Vebra and Zoopla, the favourite of many buyers as it can be accessed by way of links from many other sites including Sky.com and Google.

A property will stay on all of the sites above for as long as it takes to sell and at a cost equivalent to one weeks advertising in the local paper!
