Gemma Dick, Solicitor
Gemma joined Rollo Davidson McFarlane in 2009, having trained in Dundee. Based in our Cupar office, Gemma practices in the Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts in Cupar and surrounding areas. Her practice areas include criminal, family, landlord and tenant, debt recovery, guardianships, mental health and all aspects of civil litigation. She is a member of the Family Law Association, is registered by the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide civil and criminal legal aid and advice and assistance and is a Notary Public.

Graeme Imrie
Graeme joined the Firm in 2012 having previously worked for a large commercial firm in Aberdeen. Based in our Cupar office, he deals with both residential and commercial property transactions, Executry administration as well as general commercial work. Graeme is also a Notary Public.

Judith Dryden
Judith is a Solicitor and Notary Public based in our Glenrothes office. She joined Rollo Davidson McFarlane in 2012 having practised in Edinburgh for several years. Judith covers most aspects of civil litigation with a particular emphasis on Family Law. She represents clients in Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court as well as further afield.

Julie Grinyer, Solicitor
Julie joined our Glenrothes office in March 2011 having worked in Edinburgh for many years with Fyfe Ireland as both a Partner and a Consultant. Julie has extensive experience of all aspects of Property Law including residential, commercial and rural and has a keen interest in Family Law. Julie's private Client Work includes preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Lindsey Brown, Solicitor
Lindsey joined the firm in June 2008 as a Trainee Solicitor and was appointed as an Assistant Solicitor in June 2010. She is based in the St Andrews office dealing with residential property work, executry administration, matrimonial and family law matters. Lindsey is registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide Civil Legal Aid and Advice and Assistance and is a Notary Public. She is secretary to St Andrews Merchants Association.
