Adam joined Rollos in 2013 having previously worked with a Dundee based firm. Adam is based in our St Andrews office and deals mainly with residential conveyancing and private client work including drafting wills and powers of attorney and dealing with estate administration. Adam is also a Notary Public.

Judith Vandecasteele, Associate

Judith joined the firm as an Associate in April 2018 after having spent several years at another local firm.  She completed her traineeship and began her career at a large commercial firm in Glasgow, before moving to Fife in 2010, where she worked out of offices in Cupar, Dundee and latterly St Andrews.  Judith is based in our Cupar office and specialises in all aspects of Commercial Property work, including refinances, purchases, sales and leases.  Judith is also a Notary Public.

Charlotte joined Rollos in July 2014 having previously worked for another local legal firm.  Based in our Glenrothes office, Charlotte deals with Chamber and Private Client matters and has a particular interest and considerable experience in residential conveyancing.  Charlotte is also a Notary Public.

Jaclyn Robertson, Solicitor

Based in our Court Department in Glenrothes, Jaclyn joined Rollos in September 2016 having previously worked in criminal defence in Fife for 5 years.   Jaclyn specialises in providing legal advice and representation in criminal law and family law at all Court levels and has gained extensive knowledge of the law and it’s loopholes. Jaclyn specifically enjoys defending clients in all areas of Road Traffic law,  high profile, complex Fraud cases and preparing cases in the High Court and the Appeal Courts.  Her particular interest is working domestic abuse and harassment cases.  Outside of work Jaclyn is a keen skier and loves being a mum.  Jaclyn is also a Notary Public.
